The Leppäkosken Sähkö Group is a versatile energy company providing electricity, district heat, natural gas, process steam, compressed air and process water.

The group consists of the parent company Leppäkosken Sähkö Oy and its fully-owned subsidiaries Leppäkosken Energia Oy, Leppäkosken Lämpö Oy and Oy.

Leppäkosken Sähkö Oy

Leppäkosken Sähkö Oy provides services for electricity transmission and distribution and electricity network connections. The company also builds and operates an electricity distribution network and coordinates the group’s joint operations (financial administration, data administration, human resources, and communications services). Leppäkosken Sähkö Oy is the distribution network operator in Ikaalinen, Jämijärvi, Kihniö, Parkano, Hämeenkyrö and Ylöjärvi.

Leppäkosken Energia Oy

Leppäkosken Lämpö Oy

Leppäkosken Lämpö Oy is responsible for customer services, sales and distribution services for district heat and natural gas, as well as the operation, maintenance and construction of heat production plants and district heating and natural gas. Leppäkosken Lämpö Oy provides heat-based services in Ikaalinen, Parkano, Hämeenkyrö, Pehula in Sastamala, as well as Nokia and Ylöjärvi (the areas of Siltatie and Ylinen), and additionally distributes and sells natural gas for retail and wholesale customers in Ikaalinen and Nokia.


A new venture capital fund

Operations have begun for an investment fund focusing on new and emerging start-up and growth enterprises working with the energy sector and its customer interfaces. Leppäkosken Sähkö Oy has become the anchor investor for the fund.
